Our service offerings include initial concept consultation, venue design & styling, supplier & contractor planning and on the day coordination. Our boutique service means you are always receiving the very best we have to offer, helping you to feel in total control throughout the entire process.
We are not directly linked to any suppliers, contractors or venues which allows us to plan your wedding with a completely objective and flexible mindset, as well as having contractors bid for your wedding to ensure you receive the best quality services at a fair price. We are also often eligible for industry discounts from suppliers, which we pass on directly to our clients helping them to save on costs.

This package is perfect for the couple who are ready to plan their wedding but just don’t know where to start. A package designed to stop you feeling overwhelmed at the thought of wedding planning.
This $99 one-hour personalised phone consult will help make your wedding planning journey smooth and stress-free. This package will give you clarity and confidence in your wedding planning process.
Personalized Guidance during a one-hour phone or video call, our experienced wedding experts will listen to your vision, answer your questions, and provide tailored advice to get you started on the right track.
Elle & Sea will provide a wedding planning template, a valuable tool that breaks down every aspect of wedding planning, from choosing a venue to tracking your budget and creating a run sheet for your reception.
Package Two - Inspiration & Planning
After working with you to find the perfect style we plan and design your wedding, and engage your wedding suppliers. Working with a wide variety of suppliers we can source the perfect pieces for your happy day. We will find you the best quality and prices for all elements of your wedding. This package is perfect for the couple who are busy in the lead up to the wedding but happy to coordinate or have a friend do so on the day.
· Inspiration meeting to discuss your goals and vision for your wedding including style, budget, venue and catering options.
· Elle & Sea to research options based on your vision.
· Consultation meeting to present a list of potential options and style ideas, as well as producing a plan that we will implement for you.
· Sourcing and coordinating all wedding suppliers. Finding the right pieces, scheduling deliveries and confirming all details in the lead up to your special day.
· Provide you with a run sheet for the wedding set-up and contact information for all suppliers.
Package Three - Inspiration, Planning & Set Up
This package is perfect for the happy couple who wish not to worry about the little things. After working with you to create your perfect wedding style, we will find the right suppliers and most amazing pieces to make your dream day come true. We will then be present on the day to coordinate the set-up of the wedding before handing it over to you and your guests. This package is perfect for weddings held at a venue with an in house coordinator or MC who is happy to take control of proceedings during your reception.

Package Four - Complete On The Day Coordination
This package is for the couple who are happy to organise all elements of their wedding in the lead up to the big day, but want to be free to celebrate with their family and friends on the day itself, without putting the burden on any loved ones to coordinate proceedings. We will attend your wedding and coordinate the suppliers and set up of your venue, and also manage the event, your guests and then finally the pack up. This package ensures your wedding day is entirely seamless and guarantees that you are able to enjoy it completely without the worry of on the day coordination.
· Initial meeting leading up to your wedding to discuss your run sheet, suppliers list, venue layout and plans.
· Be present to meet suppliers and ensure everything is set perfectly for your arrival.
· Attend your wedding and coordinate all elements including the timing of your speeches, food service, musicians, cutting of the cake, etc. Ensure all elements of the day/night are perfect and running smoothly.
· Pack down of your wedding after the final dance is had and the last drink finished.
Package Five - The WOW Wedding (We Do It All)
This is for the couple who want to take all of the stress out of the occasion with our end-to-end planning, styling and coordination service. Once we work with you to find the perfect style, the perfect pieces and the best suppliers, we will attend your wedding and coordinate not only the deliveries and set up but the event, the guests and the pack up. This package ensures that your dream day is nothing but a huge success before, during and after, and that you and your guests can enjoy the celebration without the stress of making it happen.
